RAC+ installed in new Spirit of Tasmania Vessels
The new Spirit of Tasmania vessels under construction in Finland by Rauma Marine Constructions will be fitted with CBG’s advance structural fire protection, Rapid Access Composite Plus.
These will be the first ferries to operate in Australia featuring Tasmanian-made marine fire safety insulation material.
This system is designed to be light weight, allowing the ferries to save on fuel which in turn decreases environmental impacts.
