What Information Do We Collect and How Is It Used?
CBG Systems collects the following information regarding visitors to its website: the pages that you view, the links you click and other actions taken in the website. We also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit such as your IP address (browser type, language, access times) and referring website addresses. CBG Systems collects and log this information for statistical purposes.
At times, we might ask you to voluntarily supply personal information, such as your name, email address, website registrations, preferred means of communication and survey information, for purposes such as accessing online webcasts or participating in an online survey.
Other than as stated above, no attempt is made to identify users or their browsing activities except, in the event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect logs, or where CBG Systems believes it is required to collect and produce relevant electronic documentation to fulfil its obligations to third parties, including statutory organisations under local law.
CBG Systems endeavours to use and disclose your personal information only in limited circumstances. CBG Systems will do so if it is necessary to protect any copyright or intellectual property in the material in the website.
A cookie is a small data file that a website may write to your hard drive when you visit them. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you personally supply. A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other websites.
CBG Systems takes all reasonable security measures to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, destruction, misuse, modification or disclosure. As far as permissible under law, CBG Systems accepts no responsibility for the unauthorised access of personal information held by CBG Systems.
